How is payment information handled?
All payments are processed directly by Stripe. Watchimo never stores credit card or bank details. Stripe’s global security standards ensure your financial information is fully protected.
Can I control who sees my content or profile?
Yes. When uploading content, creators can mark it as private. Private content is not displayed in any Watchimo listing or on your public profile, but you can still share it via a direct public link. Paid content remains accessible only to viewers who purchase access, and creators control all pricing and access settings.
Is my account protected against unauthorized access?
Yes. Watchimo monitors for suspicious activity and uses secure authentication methods. For additional safety, always use verified email or social login accounts and avoid sharing your login links with anyone.
How does Watchimo handle data in case of account closure?
When you close your account, Watchimo retains only the information required by law or for Stripe transaction records. All other personal and content-related data is permanently deleted from the platform, ensuring your privacy while maintaining compliance.
