Who is responsible for transactions on Watchimo?
All payments are processed directly between creators and viewers via Stripe. Creators are considered the seller of record and are fully responsible for managing refunds, disputes, and chargebacks. Watchimo only facilitates the transaction and collects its commission.
Who is responsible for content compliance?
Creators are responsible for ensuring that all content they upload complies with Watchimo’s content guidelines, copyright laws, and applicable regulations. Watchimo provides the platform and enforces policies, but creators are accountable for the legality and appropriateness of their content.
What are my responsibilities as a creator?

What is Watchimo’s commission policy?
Watchimo adds a 10% commission (or $1 minimum) on top of the creator’s price. This is paid by the viewer, meaning creators always receive the full price they set, minus Stripe processing fees. No hidden fees or deductions are applied by the platform.
How does Watchimo handle copyright issues?
Creators must upload only content they own or are licensed to use. Watchimo respects copyright laws and will remove content reported as infringing. Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Can Watchimo modify its policies?
Yes. Watchimo may update its terms, content guidelines, or privacy policies as needed to comply with legal requirements or improve the platform. Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of Watchimo constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
